Description:
Turnover hanger (refer to picture) is main matched machine of
autoclaved aerated concrete. It is installed custom-made vehicle,
the lifting and coming-down is controlled by the moving, and it is
guided by the guide support. It is featured with stability, no
deflection , it is a special tool for assembling mold and de-mold.
Application:
It has 2 functions.
1.It lifts the billet after curring, the mold frame and side panel,
to turn 90° to cutting table and then the mold open and de-mold,
the billet can be cut after the mold frame being lift away.
2.Clamp the mold and side panel turn 90° to the mold and then
casting again.

Structure:
The turnover hanger is composed of beam, guide device, turning
device, lifting device, side panel clamp, loose device and
hydraulic station. The beam is made of rectangle steel pipe with
good rigidity, simple structure and it is easy to install and
adjust. The hydraulic station, lifting device, side panel clamp and
loose device is placed on the top of the cross beam and the turning
device is place on the vertical beam.
Work principles:
The turning hanger has the functions of moving, lifting, turning,
clamping side panel and de-mold.
Moving
The vehicle moving to make the hanger goes and returns along the
shaft direction.
Lifting
The hanger lift the slide wheel on the cross beam, and the guide
device on the vertical beam moves down.
Turning
The hydraulic station supply the oil to the turning cylinder when
the hanger is lift, and push the pistol to turn the mold.
Clamp and loose
The hydraulic station supply the oil to the turning cylinder to
make the clamp device turn 900 and the clamp arm turn left means to tighten and loose when turn
right.
Installment:
Most parts are installed before ex-factory.
Just fix the loose parts cause by the shipping
Assemble the cross and vertical beam
Install the hydraulic station on the cross beam
Install the side panel clamp, de-mold cylinder and turning cylinder
on the cross and vertical beam
Connect the hydraulic system.
Connect the hanging cable to the slide wheel of the cross beam
The crane lift the hanger, and connect the guide device on the
cross beam to the guide frame. Note: The center of the hanger
should be same with the center of the guide.
Trial lifting, turning and adjust:
Trial lifting
The lifting cable lift the hanger and the guide wheel move along
the lifting guide frame, the hanger should lift easily and stably.
Trial turning
The hanger lifts the mold and the side panel, the hydraulic system
supply the oil to the turning device, the hanger will turn 90°.
Adjust
Add washer in the contact surface if the cross beam and vertical
beam is not perpendicula
Adjust the clearance between the guide wheel and guide frame if the
hanger is not stable
Adjust the limit block if there is tolerance to turn the mold to
90°.
Maintenance and repair:
1. Maintenance
Maintain the hydraulic station as the instruction manual required
Clean the dust on the the pistol rod after production
Clean the turning device, lifting device and guid device.
2. Maintenance
Check the fixed parts, pipe system and tighten the loose parts and
replace the destroy the parts.
